Everyone’s doing yap videos - which honestly, is great!

I’ve been saying for years, the world needs more women showing up confidently on video. 🎥🔥

But a lot of them are starting to look and feel the same…

I believe we’re at the beginning of a shift back toward making visuals more compelling, in conjunction with the authentic yaps.

Sometimes visibility looks like showing up to the pool in a bikini. 👙

I want my kids to see a mom who is proud of her body.
Even when it doesn’t look perfect.
Even when I’m struggling on the inside.

So, naturally, I look at this as a visibility exercise.

If I can be seen in a bikini at the pool - I can be seen online.

Confidence and bravery trickles outward in every area of your life.

If you can lift heavier weights 👉🏼 you can handle more responsibility in your business.

If you can increase your stamina in the gym 👉🏼 you can increase your capacity for patience with your children.

If you can do hard things in one area of life - you can do hard things in the others.

Don’t forget that next time you’re putting on your bikini 😘

I spent the whole day crying because of these 👉🏼

It cracked my heart in two when I saw how my story resonated with so many of you. And then it lit a fire in me that won’t be goin away anytime soon.

You can look at any nerve wracking experience in life as a visibility exercise. Sharing my story was definitely one of those moments. 😅 And the overwhelming response showed me that there can be a SAFETY in sharing your truth online, when you build the right community around you.

I hope you know how much your story matters. How much YOU matter. And the ripple effect that we can create if we share what we do, what we know, and what we’ve been through? It’s ENORMOUS.
