Here's what I know to be true.

CORE BELIEF #1:

The world needs more confident women.

From childhood to young adulthood, I struggled with confidence.

▫️ Am I good enough?

▫️ Am I pretty enough?

▫️ Am I thin enough?

▫️ Am I smart enough?

At the lowest point, I turned to therapy for an eating disorder – and I’m so glad I did.

I’m so glad I had a friend who approached me with love, and told me she was worried about me.

Now that I’m in my thirties, I’m proud I did the inner work back then… because now I won’t pass that insecurity on to my children.

They can grow up feeling confident in themselves, and how they walk through life.

They can love their bodies, and feel good in their own skin.

Something I desperately wish I had growing up.

Imagine the ripple effect…
if more women did the inner work.

Imagine the change...

… that would be passed down from generation to generation.

Imagine the impact...

… if we could confidently show up as ourselves – online and in real life?

Imagine the good...

… how much more good would exist in the world?

The world needs more confident women
showing up fully as themselves online.

Because more confident women = more good in the world, and more positive impact to be made.

CORE BELIEF #2:

**Life is better when you LIVE BIG.**

I have a lot of energy (I throw myself into whatever it is that I’m doing – giving 110% at all times. Whether that means building a 6-figure business or building legos with my 7-year-old.)

I don’t know how to stay quiet (ask my husband after the 10th time he’s begged me to stop yelling my answers when he’s sitting right there).

I don’t know how to be small (I blame my 5’9” frame for conditioning me in this way).

I don’t know how to be a negative force in the room (my bigness will always be accompanied by bright, shiny light and joy).

Bottom line?

Living BIG is in my DNA.

I don’t know how not to do it.

Being an artist and a creative only enhances my need to do things BIG.

💫 Make them PRETTIER.

💫 More FUN.

💫 More EXCITING.

💫 More FULFILLING.

Lots of energy. Lots of living big.

… but I have also always been a rule follower.

And it has always been a challenge for me -
the fact that my BIGNESS often breaks the rules.

Do what you're told.

… don’t be a problem.

Fit in.

… don’t stand out.

“Why can’t you just blend in?”

Don't be "too much."

… “Wow, you’re a lot.”

My BIGNESS doesn’t fit the status quo.

But at a certain point, I realized… I didn’t want it to.

And when you realize that society’s rules don’t work for you…

… or that you don’t fit the typical mold…
… or you’re too “big” for some people…
… or maybe you just don’t want what society’s rules will produce for you?

Then My friend, it’s time to create your own rules.

And rewrite your story to embrace your BIGNESS.

CORE BELIEF #3:

You have the power to change your life.

I believe in divine support.
But I believe that divine support + action = change.

I was diagnosed with PTSD at 32, when a repressed memory resurfaced.

⚡️ And I was left to deal with a sexual assault my brain had forgotten.

And suddenly… my whole life of jumpiness, of feeling unsafe in my body. made sense.

I could have hid from the painful road of doing the work.

I could have avoiding the healing process.

But I refused to stay stuck.

Just like when I refused to stay stuck at 21, with an eating disorder that robbed me of my dignity and gave me an illusion of control.

Those memories didn’t get to rob me of anything, any longer.

I believe you have the power to change your life.

Because I have done it.

More than once.

Each time...

I've been divinely supported.

I've had my village.

I've made the decision to heal.

Divine support + action = change.

No matter how big or how scary it seems - you have the power to change your life.
